Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), Lupus, Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA), Psoriasis, Scleroderma, Heart Disease (Heart Failure), Diabetes, Liver Failure, Arthritis, Back Pain, Osteoarthritis, Rotator Cuff Disease, Spinal Arthritis, Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), Alzheimer's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Neuropathy, Parkinson's Disease, Spinal Cord Injury (SCI), Stroke, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Hair Loss, Lyme Disease, Migraines and Chronic Headaches, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), and Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD)

WHAT ARE EXOSOMES AND HOW DO THEY WORK? Exosomes help the bodies natural anti-inflammatory response with new blood vessels. They can be found, Factor and Growth Factors that promote growth factor beta, Insulin-Like Growth Cytocynes IC1, IL4, IL10, Transforming in order of potency, Umbilical, Bone Marrow, Fat and Blood. All have growth more durable, last, longer and have the factors but the umbilical exosomes are growth factors and are the only ones highest number and concentration of factors while the others are fibrin based exosomes have collagen based growth with placental growth factors. Umbilical which makes them less durable and robust. Growth factors in tissue want to create Bone=Bone, Blood=Fibrin/Scar Tissue, Fat=Fat, Umbilical Cord=Collagen. As we get older the number of cells decreases, the cells capacity to regenerate decreases. Due to oxidation there is a dampening effect on the capacity to promote regeneration so the older the donor tissue the less desired effect will occur. Stem cells in bone marrow: Newborn 1/10,000, Teen 1/100,000, 30 1/250,000, 50 1/400,000, 60 ½,000

True Stem Cells are expanded, not allowed in the US as this is available. This is why they are ie grown, to maximize number considered more than minimal manipulation. This does banned by the FDA. Individual are actually very good but are not make Stem Cells bad, they multiple times but lose their Stem Cells can be expanded effectiveness significantly after the 4th or 5th generation. Many non US manufacturers will go as far as 19-20 generations which will, unfortunately have no benefit to the patient and along with increased mutations such as increased inflammation may actually cause side effects and DNA damage.
Stem Cells and Exosomes are Distinct Entities with Different Functions - Stem Cells are unique because they can differentiate into various cell types and act as both building blocks and repair mechanisms in the body. They are living cells with the abiltiy to self-renew and give rise to specialized cells. Exosomes are tiny, membrane bound versicles released from many different types of cells, including stem cells. They carry genetic information and proteins, acting as messengers to facilitate communication between cells, promoting processes like healing and tissue regeneration. In summary: Stem Cells are the builders or sources of regenerative potential while exosomes are the messengers carrying instructions and materials the influence the behavior of other cells, including those involved in repair and regeneration
PRP therapy is a type of injection, which contains platelet-rich plasma. The platelets that are found within your blood actually release from the blood when your body is injured, and they work to heal the injured area from the damage. When PRP therapy is used, a sample of your own blood is taken, and then the blood is mixed so that the platelets within the blood are separated from the other parts.
This is performed in a centrifuge device which spins the blood rapidly, concentrating the healing elements. Out of the 30 to 60 cc’s of blood that is taken from a patient, only 5 to 10 cc’s is available for use once the spinning occurs.
The platelets and growth factors are then taken and put into a syringe, which is then injected into the area that needs the therapy. Due to using your own blood for the injection, the risk of your body not accepting the treatment is eliminated, and your body will see the injection as a natural occurrence and use the platelets most effectively.
The growth factors in the PRP therapy will assist with healing the injury, and also call in stem cells from the body for additional healing. There are no less than seven separate growth factors in PRP, which facilitates healing.
